Warranty Terms & Conditions

Megachef ("Megachef" or "Seller") warrants to the initial purchaser of the Megachef (the "Product") that the Product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. No other express warranty is given and no affirmation of Seller, by words or action, will constitute a warranty.

This warranty applies only to products that were purchased in the United States from Megachef or a Megachef authorized seller located in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Seller reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or abuse, alteration to the product, negligence, or any damage resulting from use other than the intended purpose of the item.

This warranty is extended by Megachef to the original consumer purchaser of it only.

This warranty takes effect on the date of purchase and is effective until 90 days thereafter. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

DISCLOSURES

Before sending in your product, we kindly ask you to read these very important disclosures:

• If your Product is defective and qualifies for this limited warranty, Megachef will provide a replacement of the same item whenever possible. In cases where the item is no longer available or out of stock, the Megachef reserves the right to replace it with a comparable item of equivalent quality and value. Please note that the Megachef reserves the right to decline replacements for items that are determined to be undamaged due to normal wear and tear.
• Repairs are not provided. The Megachef does not offer repair service, please contact an independent professional of your choice to consult about repairs. Please note, any damage that occurs during repair will void your warranty.
• Sentimental items should not be sent in for return as they are immediately reviewed and recycled. We cannot return any items that you are not satisfied with the replacement.
• Replacement delivery may take [7-14] business days.
• Please follow the steps below to file a claim electronically.

REGISTRATION CARD

Seller recommends that you fill out the warranty and product registration on our site https://www.megachef.com/ This will facilitate any warranty claims, if needed. It is not required that the buyer send in this registration for this warranty to be effective.

Shipping Instructions (if this is required)

The buyer should carefully pack the subject, preferably in the original packing materials, and deliver it, together with a copy of the original purchase receipt and a description of the problem, to:

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with returning the Product to Megachef if so specified to you. If you send the product by U.S. Mail, Seller recommends that the buyer insure it and send it return receipt requested. Megachef accepts no liability for products lost or misplaced in shipment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

There are no warranties that extend beyond those stated here. Any implied warranties that may apply to products, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. The duration of an implied warranty may vary by state, as some states do not allow limitations on its duration.

Megachef shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. The exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may vary by state, as some states do not allow such exclusions or limitations. Some States do not allow exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

NOTICE TO BUYER

You have the right to bring any action at law or equity to resolve disputes concerning or to enforce the provisions of this warranty. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that differ from State to State.
