Sooo simple to operate....
We've been looking for a good size fryer, this one is just right. Soooo simple to operate, fill with oil, (canola) set the temperature, turn the timer & it heats quickly, green light goes off the temp is reached, 4 minutes a pound of catfish, 1.5 minutes 12 shrimp Done ✔️ then just cover till next time, Sooo much better than a pot in the stove, virtually no splatter and no guesswork __ (Steven Redeker)
