Easy to use, great water heating unit
We received this kettle as a gift from our son, and it has been a game-changer for our busy morning and evening wind-down routines. The only downside was a technical issue with the water indicator compartment. After months of use, the plastic compartment water indicator piece popped off and spilled all the water contained in it. The customer service department was extremely helpful in processing an even exchange with no additional out-of-pocket expense on our end.
