Frustrated in Las Vegas
I purchased this product approximately six months ago. It offers features that I like, and it worked well until yesterday when it malfunctioned. I changed the water bottle, and the lights flashed for a while then the dispenser began beeping. The machine no longer dispensed cold water and after a while I discovered the machine was not drawing water from the bottle at all. The store will not issue a refund or exchange after 90 days, so I am hoping the manufacturer will replace the dispenser. __ ( Anonymous)
