Everything about this Megachef top loading water dispenser is excellent so easy to get ready and get going. I love the child safety feature on the hot water dispenser. Even though we don’t have kids accidents may happen and feeling secure is always best. 5 Stars __ (Ed)

It’s my first time using this brand. I’m hoping that it works effectively and efficiently. It’s a very nice looking outside. It’s different to what I’m used to and a bit smaller but it will get the job done. My last one broke after 5 years, maybe this one will last a little longer! __ (Bianca P)

It is nice and compact and pretty to look at, but the only thing is the water stream flow is a bit slow. It will take a long while to fill a water pitcher or coffee pot. __ ( Anonymous)

Never late on receiving my items. Most of the time it's early. Just bought a mega chef hot/cold water dispenser and absolutely love it. Water is really cold and hot water is pretty hot but not too hot. I highly recommend this. __ (Nicole C.)

It is as expected. The hot water is perfect for making instant cocoa or coffee, or steeping tea. The cold water isn't as cold as I would like, but it works. We bought it to use with the Zero Water 5 gallon topper. It works perfectly. Over all we are very happy with the purchase. __ ( Anonymous)

Unit did well hot water the cold isnt super cold be fairly cold, we liked it but after 4 months the unit started to leak. well see how the warranty process is __ (NA)
